Shelita Rogers-Spady is a licensed life and health insurance agent with over 25 years experience in the insurance industry employed in various capacities including employer brokerage, insurance carriers, and association/affinity third party administration.
She has managed a book of business with over $14 million in revenue responsible for business development, account management, growth strategy, profitability analysis, project management, product management, and staff development. She is experienced with group insurance and well equipped to manage the brokerage process in securing comprehensive products and services for employees and members to include requests for proposals and market research.
Shelita started The LIFE Group in 2022 to provide insurance consultative services to those seeking honest, professional direction on how to best navigate insurance programs with insurance carriers and brokers for their families, employees and members.
